Terms of Service

1. The NoticeHub service

NoticeHub is a Maldives-focused public directory for Jobs, Notices and Tenders. NoticeHub lets authorised organisation users prepare, pay for, submit and manage Notices and Tenders. Public visitors can browse published information without an account.

NoticeHub may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably required for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service development.

2. Accounts and organisation authority

• Registration information must be accurate, current and complete.
• You must use an email address you control and keep your password and verification codes confidential.
• An account may be used only by its authorised user. Shared credentials are not permitted.
• You must promptly tell NoticeHub about suspected unauthorised access or a change in your authority to represent the organisation.

Organisation-name matching and verification help prevent impersonation and duplicate profiles. A verified badge means NoticeHub reviewed specified identity information; it is not an endorsement, licence, guarantee or approval of every listing published by that organisation.

3. Publishing responsibilities

The organisation is responsible for every Notice, Tender, deadline, link, contact detail and document it submits. You confirm that the organisation has the authority and necessary rights to publish that material.

Content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious, discriminatory, or designed to impersonate another person or organisation. Do not publish passwords, identity documents, bank credentials, unnecessary personal information or other confidential material in a public listing.

4. Moderation, deadlines and amendments

Submission does not guarantee publication. NoticeHub may approve, return, reject, unpublish or restrict material where it is incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, inconsistent with these terms or unsuitable for the service.

Publishers must keep deadlines and material information accurate. Changes to a published listing use the amendment workflow and may require review. The existing public version can remain visible until an amendment is approved. NoticeHub may preserve status and audit history to protect the integrity of the publishing record.

5. Plans, invoices and payments

Current prices and package features appear on the Pricing page and before invoice confirmation. An invoice records the selected plan, price and any linked listing. Payment confirmation is evidence for review and does not activate publishing access by itself.

• Single Listing: provides one publishing credit after payment approval.
• Power Listing: applies to one selected eligible listing and includes the stated manual social-media promotion. It does not guarantee reach, engagement or a commercial result.
• Annual Subscription: provides the stated publishing access for 365 days from activation or the applicable renewal date.

An unpaid invoice may be changed through the available package-change flow before payment is submitted. After approval, entitlements follow the plan recorded on that invoice. Payments are not automatically refundable after an entitlement has been activated or used, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by NoticeHub. Statutory rights are not excluded.

6. Organisation verification

Verification documents must be genuine, current and submitted with proper authority. NoticeHub may request more information, correct an organisation name to match official evidence, reject a request, or revoke verification if information becomes inaccurate or unreliable. Verification documents are handled privately and are not part of a public listing.

7. Jobs supplied by Jobsicle

Jobs are supplied and managed by Jobsicle as a read-only public service. NoticeHub does not create those vacancies, accept job applications or operate Jobsicle employer accounts. Application forms, email addresses and external links come from Jobsicle data and should be verified with the employer before you send personal information or rely on a vacancy.

8. Acceptable use and security

You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass rate limits or access controls, upload malicious files, interfere with the service, misuse another organisation’s identity, automate excessive extraction, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or use NoticeHub to distribute spam or harmful material.

NoticeHub may rate-limit, block, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or systems, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

9. Intellectual property

NoticeHub’s branding, interface and original platform materials belong to NoticeHub or its licensors. Publishers retain responsibility for and any rights they hold in submitted content, while granting NoticeHub the permission needed to store, review, format, reproduce and publicly display approved listings and documents through the service.

10. Availability, reliance and responsibility

NoticeHub works to keep the service secure and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Public listings are supplied by publishers or Jobsicle. Users should independently confirm deadlines, requirements, payment instructions and other important information with the responsible organisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maldivian law, NoticeHub is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party content, an external website, a missed opportunity, or reliance on inaccurate publisher information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes, severability and Maldives law

NoticeHub may update these terms for legal, operational or security reasons. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or an account notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Maldives.
