GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities: - Handle guest enquiries and provide activity information. - Manage bookings and coordinate guest arrangements. - Promote watersports, diving activities, and excursions. - Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally. Qualifications & Experience: - Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, sales, or hospitality. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English. - Strong sales and upselling skills. - Additional language skills (preferably Russian or German) are an advantage. Salary & Benefits: - Salary ranges from $400 to $500 based on experience. - Monthly shared service charge. - Training and excellent career growth opportunities. - 30 days paid Annual leave.
