Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Boat Captain to join their team in the Maldives. They are looking for reliable candidates skilled in vessel operations, committed to ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. Salary: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains.
- Maintain all boats as per company standards.
- Operate vessels with a focus on safety and reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- At least 1 year of resort experience.
- Valid inboard and outboard license required.
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Must possess a positive attitude.
