Job Description Crowe Maldives LLP is seeking one (1) Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that optimize business processes across our diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions, streamline workflows, and enhance internal applications. This position offers hands-on experience with modern full-stack technologies and provides an opportunity to contribute to innovative automation initiatives while developing your technical expertise in a professional, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to streamline business processes. • Build and enhance web portals and internal applications with modern full-stack technologies. • Develop backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines primarily using Python (FastAPI). • Create user-friendly and responsive front-end applications using React • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities using project management tools. • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices, testing, and documentation. • Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure smooth operations. • Contribute to solution design discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Familiarity with advanced excel skills and having knowledge of ERP solutions (preferably Odoo) is an added advantage. Qualification • Diploma with 2 years of experience of studying bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline, or currently pursuing such a degree. Desired Skills • Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, and backend services. • Experience developing full-stack applications (frontend + backend + database). • Hands-on experience with React; knowledge of Docker will be a strong advantage. • Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases. • Demonstrated use of project management tools and ability to manage project lifecycles. • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
