SPEED BOAT CAPTAIN

Job Overview: - Cristallo Private Limited is hiring a Speed Boat Captain for a full-time position located in the Maldives. They are looking for a professional with experience in operating speedboats and knowledge of maritime safety. Key Responsibilities: - Navigate speedboats safely and efficiently for transportation. - Plan and coordinate trips according to operational requirements. - Ensure compliance with maritime laws and safety regulations. - Conduct pre-departure and post-trip inspections. - Monitor fuel levels and engine performance during operations. - Carry out routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Ensure safety equipment is available and serviceable. - Maintain accurate vessel logbooks and trip records. - Coordinate with project teams and site personnel. - Ensure vessel is secured and maintained when not in operation. Qualifications & Experience: - Valid Motor Boat licence. - Valid Niyami certificate/licence, as applicable. - Previous experience operating speedboats in Maldivian waters. - Good knowledge of navigation and maritime safety procedures. - Basic knowledge of vessel engines and routine maintenance. - Ability to assess weather and sea conditions. - Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and professional. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. - Good communication skills.
