Sales Associate Part Time (Local)

Job Overview: - Filaa Store is seeking a Sales Associate - Part Time (Local) to positively represent the store and handle customer inquiries. - This role is located at Filaa Store Male'. - The salary offered ranges Negotiable based on the part time hours Key Responsibilities: - Portray a positive representation of Filaa Store. - Respond to customers with a positive attitude and manage complaints. - Handle customer calls and inquiries online (Social Media, Emails & Calls). - Build product knowledge to assist customers with the store Catalogue and product details. - Coordinate with the go down Supervisor/Storekeeper for item dispatch. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Showroom Manager/Supervisor. Qualifications & Experience: - O’ – A’ Level standard or Diploma in a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar field preferred. - Proficient in written and spoken English & Dhivehi. - Familiar with basic computer skills. - Ability to work in a team and be reliable and organized.
