Assistant Manager Retail Store

We are looking and self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate who can lead staff and to work in our Retail Outlets. Position: Assistant Manager Retail The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a shop to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep. Their duties include communicating with other outlets & inventory team about inventory orders, scheduling employee shifts and training new employees. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude to drive sale campaigns and initiatives. Requirements & skills: • Diploma in Sales, Admin, Business, or a related field. • Solid understanding of wholesale and retail activates. • Experience with MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms) is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English. • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage inventories. Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and customers. • Creative, results-oriented, and eager to stay updated on sales trends and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities• • Monitor and analyze the performance of retail strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Coordinate and manage promotional events, campaigns, and activities to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to identify slow-moving products. • Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement inventory stock purchasing plans to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals. • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
