ASSISTANT IT MANAGER

Job Overview: - We are seeking an Assistant IT Manager for Oaga Art Resort. The role involves supporting IT systems and maintaining communication networks at the resort. Work location is at Oaga Art Resort, with the opening currently available. Salary: Not stated. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for assuring, installing, operating and maintaining computer networks and communication systems. - Assist in day-to-day support for all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks and telephony systems throughout the resort. - Assist in maintaining infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, supporting staff, and ensuring secure and efficient IT operations aligned with hospitality standards. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - 3–5 years of IT experience (preferably in hospitality/resort environment). - Knowledge of PMS, POS, and hotel systems. - Strong networking and troubleshooting skills. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
