Job Overview: - Silver Sands is seeking a highly motivated Dive Master (Female) to join their team in the Maldives. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests. Salary: Not stated. Key Responsibilities: - Guiding divers and snorkelers to dive sites - Managing dive reception and handling guest reservations - Preparing gear for students and divers before arrivals - Facilitating sales of water sports and diving promotional materials - Assisting in activities organized by the Dive and Water Sports Centre - Ensuring compliance with PADI safety regulations and diving standards Qualifications & Experience: - Proficient in English; additional languages (Russian, German, Spanish, French or Italian) are a plus - Certified PADI Divemaster - Minimum 100 completed logged dives - Professional liability insurance required - Confident with Operations SOPs and Procedures - Well-groomed and eager to learn - Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable - Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary package. - A 12-month contract - Ticket allowance upon completion of 12 months - Annual leave with basic salary - Accommodation, full board, work permit visas covered - Medical Insurance - Medical check-up upon arrival - Resort Benefits & Excellent working conditions How to Apply: - Interested candidates please send your CV to jobs@silversands.com.mv.
