- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Boat Captain to join their team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be reliable, skilled in vessel operations, and committed to ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. Salary: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
- Operate vessels safely and efficiently.
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains.
- Maintain all boats as per company standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must possess a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Valid inboard and outboard license required.
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- At least 1 year of resort experience required.
