Job description

Receptionist / Clinical Assistant (part-time / 3 shifts rotating basis) Receptionist Key Responsibilities • ​Patient Relations: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage the registration process, and answer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. • ​Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently. • ​Billing & Cash Handling: Process payments (cash, card, bank transfers), issue invoices, and maintain accurate daily financial records. • ​Administrative Support: Maintain a clean reception area, manage patient files with strict confidentiality, and coordinate daily schedules. ​Qualifications & Requirements • ​Completed O'Level or A'Level qualifications. • ​Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is highly preferred. • ​Excellent communication skills in both Dhivehi and English (written and spoken). • ​Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel) and social media management. • ​Friendly, approachable personality with strong multitasking skills. Clinical Assistant Key Responsibilities • ​Treatment Preparation: Receive patients, organize, and prepare Hijama equipment, cups, and clinical treatment rooms before each session. • ​Patient Care Support: Assist patients to the treatment rooms, explain basic procedural steps, and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit. • ​Therapist Assistance: Support the Hijama therapist during procedures by handing them equipment, managing disposables, and ensuring absolute hygiene. • ​Sanitation & Inventory: Strictly adhere to infection control protocols to clean and disinfect rooms post-treatment. Monitor clinical stock and report low inventory. ​Qualifications & Requirements • ​Completed O'Level or A'Level (Background in science or health streams is a major plus). • ​Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or a therapy center is highly advantageous, but freshers eager to learn are welcome to apply (training will be provided). • ​Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols. • ​Good communication skills in Dhivehi and English. • ​A compassionate, respectful attitude toward patient care.
