Sales Executive

Job Type Full Time Work Location Hulhumale’ Key Responsibilities • Obtain requirements from clients • Request quotations from overseas and local suppliers • Sent out quotations to clients on time • Call for status of quotations from clients • Generate purchase orders for overseas and local suppliers • Track ordered shipments until received at warehouse • Provide store keeper with shipping related documents of the shipment • Update the supplier in case of quantity deviation • Generate payment request • Maintain cordial relationship with the client and suppliers • Maintain filing system in a proper manner • Update relevant registers Qualification and other Requirements • Diploma/Degree in relevant or relevant experience without qualifications will be accepted • Well versed in MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word) • Fluent in spoken and written English • Minimum 3~ 5 years’ experience in a similar field is preferable Salary & Benefits • Basic Salary: US$ 450.00 • Food money: MVR 2,200.00 • Sharing Accommodation • Medical Insurance as per company policy
