Sales Coordinator

VACANCY — SALES COORDINATOR Based in Malé, Maldives · Full‑time NativeWay Maldives (Pvt) Ltd is a project‑based engineering and engineering after‑sales services company operating in the Maldives. We are a subsidiary of NativeWay (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka , a premier engineering company incorporated in 1986. Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Sales Coordinator, who will serve as a key point of contact between the Company and its clients, supporting the growth of our project and after‑sales business in the Maldives. Key Responsibilities • Manage client inquiries and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and partners • Follow up on project leads, proposals and quotations through to conclusion • Identify and develop new inquiries and business opportunities • Coordinate closely with the sales and engineering teams to prepare effective and competitive proposals for clients • Establish and maintain sound relationships with clients, government institutions and other relevant stakeholders • Prepare, submit and follow up on government tender submissions • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals and client follow‑ups Candidate Requirements • Must be a Maldivian national (this position is open to Maldives nationals only) • Female applicants are preferred • Below 30 years of age • Fluent in both Dhivehi and English, with excellent communication skills • A confident and professional manner in dealing with clients, with strong follow‑up discipline • Well organised, with the ability to coordinate effectively across the sales and engineering teams • Prior experience in sales coordination or a client‑facing role would be an advantage • An educational qualification is preferred but not essential Remuneration An attractive remuneration package with benefits will be offered to the selected candidate, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
