Job Vacancy: Content Creator Location: Redwave Head Office, Malé Redwave Private Limited is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging digital content, manage our online presence, and support the company's marketing and branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities Create engaging and creative content for the company's social media platforms. Design and schedule posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns across digital channels. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of products, stores, and events. Upload and manage website content, including products, promotions, banners, blogs, and announcements. Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries when required. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure all content is creative, consistent with the company's brand identity, and published on schedule. Stay updated with social media trends and recommend creative ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software. Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Dhivehi will be an added advantage). Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization will be an added advantage. Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
